Terence Robinson focuses his practice on agribusiness, estate planning and probate, labor and employment, litigation, municipal law, personal injury, and real estate. Mr. Robinson has represented businesses in state and federal courts throughout New York, and has also litigated cases in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Vermont, Illinois, and Massachusetts. He has successfully litigated a wide-range of contract disputes, including agreements for the lease of real property, sale of assets, performance of professional services, development and license of products, construction of buildings or assets, and conveyance of property and machinery. In addition, he represents banks, public utilities, railroad companies and private landowners in a variety of property disputes, including fraudulent conveyance and foreclosure actions, easement enforcement, title claims, and lease disputes. Having served for more than a decade as a member of the Town of Canandaigua Zoning Board of Appeals, Terence is intimately familiar with zoning and planning issues and regularly represents clients seeking zoning variances and planning approvals, and in subsequent Article 78 proceedings. Terence has been recognized as a “Fellow” by Litigation Counsel of America, membership in which is limited to 3,500 lawyers nationwide, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
